10. Google Analytics 4 Data Access

Enfra allows users to connect their Google Analytics 4 account to provide user-facing website, SEO, AEO, marketing performance, traffic, content, and conversion analysis features. When you connect Google Analytics 4 to Enfra, we request read-only access using the Google Analytics OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly. This scope allows Enfra to view and download Google Analytics data, but does not allow Enfra to create, edit, delete, or manage your Google Analytics accounts, properties, users, permissions, or settings.

Depending on the features you use, Enfra may access Google Analytics 4 account, property, and reporting data, including website or app traffic metrics, page and landing page performance, user, session and event metrics, acquisition data such as source, medium, campaign and channel information, conversion or key event performance, and other Google Analytics dimensions and metrics selected or requested by you.

We use Google Analytics 4 data only to provide and improve Enfra’s user-facing product features, including analysis, dashboards, recommendations, reports, workflows, and insights requested by you. We do not use Google Analytics 4 data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, credit decisions, lending purposes, or resale.

Enfra does not sell Google Analytics 4 data. We do not transfer Google Analytics 4 data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We may share Google Analytics 4 data with service providers only as necessary to provide Enfra’s user-facing features, operate our infrastructure, secure the service, comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Enfra may store selected Google Analytics 4 data, reports, derived insights, and related configuration information in your Enfra account to provide historical analysis, dashboards, recommendations, workflows, and other product functionality. We retain this data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or until you disconnect the integration or request deletion, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention requirements.

You can revoke Enfra’s access to Google Analytics 4 at any time through your Google Account permissions page or, where available, from your Enfra account settings. After access is revoked or the integration is disconnected, Enfra will no longer access new Google Analytics 4 data. You may also contact us to request deletion of Google Analytics 4 data stored by Enfra.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Google Analytics 4 data, including access controls and encryption in transit. Access to Google Analytics 4 data is limited to authorized systems and personnel who need it to provide, maintain, secure, or support Enfra.

Enfra’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
